What hardware do I need?
An Android tablet for Register, Kitchen or Kiosk, a TV with a modern browser or a Google TV for Screen, and your receipt or label printer. Kitchen also runs in a browser.
Who processes card payments?
Your payment provider, through your own supported reader or terminal. They charge their own processing fees and pay you directly. Servatto doesn’t hold your money or take a cut of your sales.
What if the internet drops?
Register keeps taking cash and running tabs, and staff can still sign in with their PIN. Sales are saved on the tablet and sync when you’re back. Card payments need a connection.
