Card processing is charged by Square or Zeller at their own rates, as it is today. Servatto adds nothing on top.

Why is the Register free?
Because the till is where everything else starts, and we'd rather you try it than budget for it. You still pay Square or Zeller for card processing, exactly as you do now.
Why do you need a card to start the trial?
So nothing switches off in the middle of a Friday night when the trial ends. Cancel any time in the first 14 days and you pay nothing.
What if I add or close a shop?
A new shop is billed from the day you switch its products on. Close one and its charge stops. Your bill always matches the shops and screens you actually have.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your kitchen screen keeps working while we sort it out, and we'll let you know. A kitchen never goes dark mid-service over a card.
How do I cancel?
From inside your account, in a couple of taps. It keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. No contract, and we won't ask why twice.
Do the apps cost anything in the app stores?
No. Every app is a free download and you sign in with your Servatto account. Billing happens on the website only.
