How it works

Set it up yourself,
this afternoon.

No installer, no server in the back room, no contract to sign. You make the account, connect what you already use, and sign in on your devices.

2 minutes

Make your account

Your name, your business, your first shop and an email at app.servatto.com. Add more shops whenever you like.

5 minutes

Connect what you use

Sign in to Square to bring your menu and orders across. Add your Otter login for Uber Eats, DoorDash and Menulog. Pair a Zeller terminal if that's your reader.

10 minutes

Add your team

Name, mobile and a till PIN for each person, the shops they work at and what they're allowed to do. They get a text to install the Crew app.

10 minutes

Sign in on each device

Install the app on each tablet, enter its pairing code, and pair the printer. Print a test ticket. Open the TV screen. You're ready for service.

The idea underneath

One business. Your shops. Shared everything.

Everything in Servatto belongs to your business, and each shop picks what it uses. That's why a change in one place shows up everywhere it should, and nowhere it shouldn't.

One menu

Items, sizes and options are shared by the till, the kiosk and the kitchen. Each shop can have its own prices, its own "not sold here", and its own sold-out list.

One team

A person has one PIN, one Crew login and one rate, and works at the shops you choose. Their clock-ins become timecards in the Back Office.

One order history

Every order from every channel lands in one place, so reports never count a sale twice, or miss one.

One customer list

Customers are known by their phone number, with one Rewards balance across the counter, the kiosk and your website.

Devices per shop

Tills, kitchen screens, kiosks, TVs and printers each belong to a shop. The Back Office shows which ones are online.

People see their part

Owners see everything. Managers see the shops they run. Staff see the kitchen screen and their own shifts, and nothing else.

What you need

Use the kit you already know.

We don't sell hardware and we don't lock you to a brand. Here's what each part runs on.

Register

An Android tablet

Android 9 or newer. A second screen over USB-C to HDMI if you want a customer display. iPad and a Chrome till on your PC are in early release.

Card payments

Square or Zeller

A Square Reader, Stand or Terminal, or a Zeller Terminal. Several tills can share one Zeller terminal.

Kitchen

A tablet or any browser

An Android tablet on the bench, or any screen with a web browser. Or show the board inside the Register.

Printing

The printer you have

Receipt printers on Wi-Fi, network or Bluetooth: Epson, Star and most ESC/POS models. Zebra and Rongta label printers. Cash drawers that open from the printer.

Kiosk

An Android tablet

On a stand at the counter, with a Square or Zeller terminal beside it.

Screen

Any TV

A smart TV with a browser, a Google TV, or a cheap streaming stick. Nothing extra to buy from us.

Crew & Manager apps

Their own phones

iPhone or Android. Staff sign in with their mobile number and a code by text.

Back Office

Any browser

On a laptop, a tablet or your phone. Nothing to install.

Barcode scanner

Optional

For scanning products and customers' Rewards cards from Apple or Google Wallet at the Register.

Built for service

It keeps going when Friday night gets messy.

The internet drops

The Register keeps taking cash, card and tabs, and staff can still clock in. Every sale is saved on the tablet before payment and syncs when you're back. The kitchen screen keeps what it has, and printers keep printing.

A payment goes wrong

A card is never charged twice, and an approved payment is never lost, even when a terminal drops out halfway. Tills sharing one terminal wait their turn.

Your card fails

Your kitchen screen keeps working while we sort it out. A kitchen never goes dark mid-service over a payment.

Data stays in Australia

Your data is stored in Sydney, under the Australian Privacy Principles. We don't sell it and we don't run advertising.

Locked down by default

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Your Square and Otter logins are encrypted before they're stored. Staff tokens can't open the Back Office.

Updates without visits

The apps update themselves. Every version runs in real kitchens before it reaches yours.

Where you're starting from

Three common ways in.

You run Square

Add a kitchen screen, keep your till

Connect Square and your counter orders appear on the Kitchen screen next to delivery and kiosk orders. Move to the Register later if you want, or never.

You're drowning in tablets

Bring delivery onto one screen

Connect Otter and your Uber Eats, DoorDash and Menulog orders land in one list, with one place to mark food ready and pause a storefront.

You're opening a shop

Start on the free tools

Register, Back Office, Crew and Manager apps cost nothing. Add the Kitchen screen, Kiosk and TV as the queue grows.

Stuck on something?

A real person answers.
